Castle Quest 2 is a game written in PCBASIC. You can download the game file at the Castle Quest 2 link at the bottom of the page.

To play the game, you need to download and install PCBASIC first. It’s available at this link: PC BASIC Download
Select the version of PC BASIC for your computer’s operating system. Once the file is downloaded, find it in your DOWNLOADS in your file explorer and double click the file to install it. You may wish to move the downloaded install file to another folder on your computer first.
Once PC BASIC is installed, click the file below “Castle Quest 2” to download the game file to your computer. It will be in your DOWNLOADS as well. Move it from there to wherever you want to save the file for future reference.
After doing that, rename the .txt extension to .bas and click to acknowledge the file name change. Once that’s done, you can simply double click the Castle Quest 2.bas file to play the game. Instructions are included in the game itself.
